In the Order of the Arrow we are a chapter, we are a piece of the puzzle
in the lodge and the lodge needs us so the puzzle can be completed, but right now we are the one piece that doesn't fit.

My goal is to be the perfect piece in the future so we can help the lodge succeed, we're on the right path we did increase attendance significantly in the past year we have also taken on some service opportunities. This doesn't mean we can't improve, currently we are working on creating are chapters first lodge ceremonies team, this will not only help our lodge, but it will give are chapter the missing requirement to receive the Quality Chapter award that we strive for. 

We can extend are chapter into A.I.A. even more by helping arrowmen get into dancing and singing events in our lodge. To grow in brotherhood I would like to have monthly chapter events, like campouts, fundraising events, or a day for fun.

Also chapter meetings are usually boring and lacking of fun, this can be resolved by a chapter E.C. meeting every month to plan out the meetings including fun and games.

Our chapter spirit has grown at lodge events a lot is the past year but we can still do better, every arrowmen who comes to lodge events should bring a friend who doesn't normally come to lodge events, they should also come ready the have lots of fun and lose their voice.

We are moving forward and improving as a chapter but will still need to work hard and have fun to succeed. The Order of the Arrow can be summed up by W.W.W. This is a brotherhood of cheerful service and we are the missing piece.
